New strains at Cafe Blue Sky

Ive seen alot of questions lately about blue sky (SR71) in oakland, CA. I just got back from the dispensary and have there book all on the new strains. If anyone has any questions feel free to PM me. I know somebody was wondering what there OG kush was and it has the crosses in the book. So if I can be of any help let me know.

Quick question. Do they go in depth and tell you the phenotype or is it like, "hey this is GDP, that's all we know"?

I usually take treks to sfv, but have some friends up that way so I might have to check them out.

Hey g13- dont know how Id get you a copy other than uploading pics but I can give you a list of strains.

Operation420- they give you 7 different types of information

genetics
flowering time
effect
bouquet
grow environment
plant height
company

as far as pheno it will list a discription explaining the strain quite well but cant say it narrows it down to an exact pheno.

I picked up the XJ13. I love both of those strains and too good to pass up if it is indeed the real thing. We will see though. As listed above those are the strains listed in there catalog along with what they were crossed of and the company they got them from. They dont always have ever strain on hand but most.

I only get my clones from here and yes there the real deal.......Only wish I could get the Deep Chunk/Strawberry cough again....Mmmmmmm

garden rescue can mean that something happened to the grower (just a guess) and somebody went in and salvaged the mothers. Basically the cuttings were obtained through saving a plant. But let me assure you that this place never has bad genetics. You may get a weak clone occasionally but never bad genetics. And yes that deep chunk was great!

Never say never bro. I picked up some bad genes at Blue sky before. Mazar 3 months ago, mendo purps and hindu skunk last year.

I have had better luck than not though.

Well your right you cant say never, but Ive bought clones for 4 years from different dispensaries in that area. Some in SF and most in Oakland. Harbor Side was decent but not great. The best luck Ive had is Cafe Blue Sky. And Mazar honestly didnt look that good. Ive got hindu in the past and it was great, maybe you just got a bad batch.

hey whats up guys. i bought a few clones from a club in norcal. they had a blueberry kush they said they picked up from bluesky. but i cant see if theyve ever sold it. they could of had it for awhile.. all i can see is the recent list they have up. do you know if theyve ever carried it? she also said its jus dj shorts blueberry and ppl just call it blueberry kush. so im not sure lol. any info is appreciated.

I have the 2 previous books from the last year and I dont see that strain in there anywhere. Doesnt mean they didnt have it but there books dont show it sorry brotha

cool man appreciate the reply. the club i got it from is legit. so im not worried. jus would like the genetics. i found less on this strain than any other kush cross ive grown. idk looks like its leaning way towards the blueberry. stretch indica for sure.

Has anyone grown or seen there Green Cush. I would think its the same as green crack or cush since it has the same genetics. Also is it the real deal? I'll drive a few hrs to pick up some cuts of that shit for sure. I have just gotten some shitty clones before up there (not Blue Sky) and would just like some input first on the Green Cush in particular.

i got some og kush at blue sky that looked weak and sketchy but they gave them to me at half price and with in two days of care the picked right up

Sour Grape is Sour D x Chemdawg x Purple Elephant and is ACTUALLY called Grape Stomper. The strain was gifted to someone, they decided to screw the breeder of Grape Stomper to make money and VOILA, Sour Grape is born. It is seriously the best strain ever made, IMHO!

Dont have any input on the green cush but it is supposely the real green crack. But this is also hear say. Its not direct from the source. I also have gotten shitty clones from the bay. One being "harbor side" in particular. Although they are a great dispensary and have tons of product and variety I was not impressed with there clones. Blue Sky is the way to go in Oakland IMO

Tattooboy---I'm at day 51 with bluesky's green candy(cush)-cotton candy and harborsides purple candy
the green cush is wimpy growth and buds,vegged nice and rooted very fast in the ez clone.but bugs love it.
they are under 4000 watts in a 8x8 room----next time I'll fill the room with cotton candy--big thick dense,easy to grow,NO BUGS,lots of sticky goodness----------------just my 2 cents----peace
