New tent set up questions

I am currently in the process of setting up a grow tent and wanted to get some feedback on any problems anyone might see before I actually make the purchase for everything.

I will be running a 2-6 site RDWC self made with 5 gallon buckets a 5 gallon control bucket outside of the tent and a 18 gallon PH adjusted reservoir on a float valve.

4x4 gorilla grow tent with 1ft height extension

600 watt digital ballast from thunder horticulture

600 watt mh for veg hps for flowering

blockbuster 6 air cooled hood with 6 in vortex s line fan blowing air to duct>hood>duct> outside of house with fan controller

6in vortex s line fan exhaust at top of tent sucking air through a 6x16 phresh carbon filter exhausting outside of house on fan controller

active aqua 1/10 hp water chiller pulling water from control bucket through chiller back to control bucket

will be using a passive intake through a self made filtered light trap on opposite side of tent on bottom from exhaust.

constant monitoring water meter for temp/ph/ppm

3x3 scrog

2 circulating fans 1 below and 1 above canopy level

rh/temp meter for inside grow room

this will be set up in my basement in colorado with ambient temps 65-70 F year round and a window AC can be installed easily if needed.

I appreciate any advice or feedback

You might run into humidity problems in your basement.....everyones is different

RDWC in buckets in tents with scrog......sounds complicated, and a pita to tend to but to each their own

I think you have a very well laid out plan.

With being in the basement, it'll be easier to regulate your temps in the air and in the res.

Appreciate the comments. I doubt humidity will be a problem Colorado is such dry air and the humid air will be blown outside when sucked from the tent. I will post pics when I get stuff set up and as I start my first grow. Thanks again for the comments makes me feel more confident in my equipment choices.

Well tent is set up and did a test run today to see how everything went had a small leak at one of my returns on the RDWC that has been taken care of. hottest part of the day today 600 watt MH temps maxed out at 76 degrees F 85 f outside 68 in basement. Ran everything for about 6 hours the RDWC reservoir went from 70 degrees F to 68 in about 5 minutes using the water chiller. Lots of bubbles in the water just need to get everything clean now fix a few tiny pin hole light leaks with some gorilla tape and Im ready to try my first grow. Now just to figure out strain its likely going to be a clone of bruce banner #3 or Skywalker OG from a friend of mine that grows for colorado dispensaries.

Ducting was a pain in the ass in the 4x4 tent for the air cooled light but everything else went together fairly well. 3 15 amp electric circuits 1 for the ballast/light and the light fan 1 for the air pump water pump and water cooler and 1 for the exhaust fan and circulating fans.

Make sure your receptacle for the water pump is gfci.
