New to growing - Advice needed

Hi

Love the forums. Everyone seems to be very helpful and there seems to be a nice vibe around here, so I decided to join.

We were given a plant a few weeks ago which had spent all it's life under justa florescent light. We the just had it in the window for a few more weeks.
Now for the past ~4wks it has been under a 250W Sodium light on 12/12.
It's a hydro setup of sorts, with no pump, so high maintenance.
We are not expecting much from this one, but we would appreciate any comments & or suggestions.

Thanks,
Ken

We are also wondering if we should remove the bottom branches so it can focus growth up top where it matters?

Looking good, removing the bottom branches to focus growth is called Lollipoping. It's usually only a really good Idea if your lower branches don't get enough light.
