New to growing indoors

New to this forum so I wanted to say hello to all fellow farmers. So hello everybody.
I haven't grown MJ in years.
Looking for good medicine has been chore and a pain in the ass. The crap that you find out there just boggles the mind. Not knowing what you'll find or what you're getting. I decided to grow my own medicine. Looking to learn to grow tasty potent buds indoors. Any help will do.
