new to growing need neuts help

i just found many problems with my fresh plants and went to get plant food i got 10-10-10

i am just wondering if that will be good for the plants or if maybe there is any recomendations out there

well with nutes you got alot of things to consider

you need micro nutrients too, plant food for orchids has a fairly decent ratio
