Hello all,

I recently converted my grow space to hydroponics with Floraflex's pot pro system. 6" 6 plants.
i am currently feeding until 10% runoff two times a day. 50% humidity drain to waste. Mother's coco

My questions are:

Should i be concerned about mold underneath these caps?
- if so should i be taking preventitive measures (seems like itd be a breeding ground.

Should they be packed with coco underneath caps or should i keep some room under?

I am running advamced nutrients sensi coco grow and bloom/ with big bud and Bud candy. ( is this stuff okay to put through a pump) In my reservoir( trash can ) i do not have any aeration or mixing? Should i do this? I can see a film on the bottom and do not want to clog my lines.

Thanks a ton HB

Mould shouldn’t be an issue if you have good air circulation. Shouldn’t matter if theres space under the lids, Those nutes will be fine through a pump if they are mixed correctly. Ideally aerate your res. Check res PH & runoff PH regularly, Clean/flush your res & lines once a week or when needed you’ll be sweet

Any suggestions for a 12gallon garbage can for aeration?

Well make ur nutrients recipe and test it with that air stone and see if ur Rez ph raises too fast if it does then that’s too much aeration. Some nutrients prefer water movers over aeration.
