New to indoor... is this enough for anything?

I have a 75w and a 120w phillips plant bulb. Is one of those enough to get healthy growth vegging 6 plants under it for 4 weeks? Or am I a total idiot?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Sure this has been asked quite a bit, but I did try to at least read through the stickies to see if I couldn't answer the question myself.

i would say no, just get your self some CFLs, if you can get 6500k for VEG and 2300k for FLOWER. you can get them anywhere even the dollar store...
