New to Oregon need spots/connections

Hi I'm new to Oregon. I am over 21 and going to OSU so I live in the Corvallis area. I don't really know any good Dispernseries with good deals, just been using leafly and weedmaps. What are your guys recommendations for REC use? Is it worth it getting a OMMP Card?

Anyone know anyone who sells direct as a grower? Is that even legal here?

In SoCal I could find $10/gram bubble hash and $15/gram wax/oil is there anything like that here? Everything I've seen is about $30/gram

Ommp means you can skip lines and not pay tax. Is it worth the 400 it costs? Up to you.
Grower direct isn't legal I believe.
You aren't really going to find bubble unless it's half melt or worse, like the kind people add directly to bowls.
Bho at 15/gram is not happening. There are daily limits on bho, prior to those you def could find it for 15/G if you bought an ounce at a shop in PDX, although not the best quality.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
