So i put these out a month or two ago the bushiest one was a mother (single plant in photo)
Should i be trimming these?

I'd trim up the bottom lower stuff that won't amount to much, and transplant into a bigger pot depending on where your at and how much veg time you got left. Specially because those pots got a bad case of the rona.

Those pots really should be 6ft apart too.
