If you’re growing auto flower, you want to start them in the pot they’re finishing in. You don’t want to transplant autoflower imo. Best thing you can do right now is get on a water, feed, water schedule and let the pots get fairly dry before feeding or watering. Otherwise there are a lot of detailed tutorials in this forum, good luck with the grow!

I have edited my post as I noticed a few error due to autocorrect and myself. Yo save you from re reading the post to find these errors I have listed the corrections#1- I did not mean to write I only have autos I meant to wrote I have only a couple of autoflowers the others are all photoperiod plants.

Nice. The wife wants to try growing autos outdoors, and running with organic feed. I gave her a couple packs & she’s planting in the pots tomorrow. I tossed about 9-10 seeds into a pot to test germ rate & overall health coming out of this soil the wife made. Fingers crossed there lol

If I were to give a non-professional tip..
Powdery mildew & pests, pests, pests! Be ready for them. Take preventative measures like treating the area. I’ve seen some pics of what looked like mosquito nets used on a hoop house. I hope something like that would be effective.. even just a little.
Good luck on the new journey. Keep us posted.

Welcome!

I’m new to growing as well and chose autoflowers because it was getting too late in the season to grow photoperiod (regular) plants outdoors. I’m still learning as I go along but seem to be doing ok so far. Here is my grow log: https://www.rollitup.org/t/canadian-outdoor-auto-grow-log.1075823/page-1

Learn about mediums (organic vs soiless), Nutrients, how to measure nutrient Ph, ppm, EC, etc. size of pot/bag, what strains do well in your growing zone (there are some that tolerate cool temps and others that don’t. Some thrive in hot temps, etc). Basically just dive in and have fun with it. I find it’s all about the enjoyment of learning. If I didn’t enjoy it my plants would have died awhile ago.

good luck!
