New to this

I have read some of the threads up and i must admit you guys are a wealth of informtion.I have the grow bible and recently bought a 1000 watt hps lighting system. MY closet space is 6ft tall and 2 X 3 ft in length and width.I'm kinda thinking I now got to much light for my space.Also I started to go with soil but now I know that a hydro set up would be better to maxmize my space. This is an apartment and just one of the closets (I have a bigger one 2 X 6ft). In desperate need of some advice from the experts can someone help me please

I would go with 2 400's in that space...you can run the 1000 but you will need to air cool it...and in a small space like that, your going to have humidity issues so maybe a dehumidifier is something to look into...just make sure you have good air movement especially if you go hydro....

thanks alot dog. I will get that dehumidifier asap and some fans. I was also thinking about getting a flourecent light for seedlings and cloning and just put that off into a seperate space and just transfer when its ready.

can a 250 watt mh lamp be used for seedlings and clones as well as for the vegatative state

can flouresence be used for the vegatative stage as well as the seedlings and cuttings stage

id definetly go with some kind of inline fans to get really cool air in and out of there really fast, with a space that small and that amount of light your gonna need alot of air moving in there. Keep the fans on HIGH
