New white pistols

So I'm taking some of yalls advice and waiting. At week 9 all hairs were amber and looked ready. I'm growing indica dominant strains. So fast forward and I'm almost done week 11. New white pistols are forming, there's more white than amber at this point. Calyx swoll over the old ones and I'm guessing does the same with the new ones? My friends are all telling me I'm going to regret waiting so long but I believe they're wrong! Was flushing but started feeding and they're appreciating it. There are new clear trichomes forming which seems good to me! They're also hard as a rock! Huge difference in the past 2 weeks Screenshot_20220122-204542_Gallery.jpgScreenshot_20220122-204521_Gallery.jpgScreenshot_20220122-204559_Gallery.jpg

I'm guessing 2 more weeks and should be done! What would you all say? Thanks for the help. Trusting most of you :p

Okay! I'll wait and see how it all turns out. Trusting you all on this one XD
It's all a waiting game.. there are so many variables when growing that breeder estimates aren't worth a cent.

Had a GDP auto that quoted "70 days from seed". Took 33 days just to show pre flower and 77 days to finish flower. Could have waited another week for complete pistil retraction and swell, but money was due.

Oh yeah you're getting there but not ready yet. You're probably in the last stages of swelling from what I can see. Depending on how quickly things progress it could be ready in 2 weeks but I think reassess in 2 weeks is more realistic.

33 days to pre flower? damn .. Yeah breeder said 9 weeks but I listen to that like a used car salesman selling a 1999 echo.

I think so! I'm going to keep feeding for 2 weeks and go from there!

Update.. New white pistols still forming!! Buds are swelling nicely but leaves are starting to yellow. Had the guy from the grow shop here tell me I was insane for being on week 13 with an indica hahaha. I dismissed the comment and listened to another reason why I should use more calmag and to make sure I'm flushing anyways, here is an updated pictures!!

I had people saying the same thing when my indicas took 12-15 weeks, until they tried it later.

definitely worth the wait just make sure it’s dried right.

I'm hoping for the same results hahaha.. yeah drying correctly is a big deal for sure!! Thanks for the reply, I'm glad someone else has been in this boat haha

If you insist on flushing, I do, just flush for 5-7 days prior to harvest AFTER the plants are "ready". This way it's a win win.

Some genetics regardless of heritage can take several more weeks than you'd assume or than advertised on the seed pack.
