newB bubble grower has a few questions please help

ok here's my situatin im 25 days into flower on my first grow (soil) but im switching to a diy bubbleponics system i've built. following rosemans instructions. now im planning on taking one of my females and regenerating it to make into a mother. my question is can i take the mom out of the soil shes in rince the dirt off the roots feed the roots through the eypots and turn her onto a bubble growing plant???
this may seem like an odd thing to do so sorry if its to odd to reply but please any replies would be great.. heres the female i plan of switching if it works i will probably switch them all over

im no professional by any means or very experienced, but i would say that would put the plant in shock. i know that even when transfering a plant to new soil, your suppose to leave the old soil around the roots to prevent root damage. even doing this can sometimes cause a plant to go into shock. and i've never heard anything good about trying to change the way a plant is grown, even changing from an outdoor to an indoor is not good. i would say to not do it otherwise you probably would end up with a dead plant.

Keep your mother in dirt....clone off of her and go DWC with the new clones. It would kill her to try that...remember that Mom will have to go back to 24/7 or 18/6 and that will take about a month to fully send her back to a veg state....
