Newb needing help

This will be my first grow and i have come across a few threads that have stumped me in regards to lights and lighting during seedling stage.

This grow will be an outdoor one and at the moment I have 24 seedlings that range from 10 to 14 days in age with an average height of 4". I still have another 2 weeks before i can plant outside and i was wondering if it would be worthwhile investing in some lights.

ATM My plants have been cycled through the day to the most sunny windowsills giving them at least 10h of sunlight.

I have also put them outside for a few hours each day. Just wondering if a few lights would speed the growth rate and reduce the lengthy stalks. Any advice on what kind of lights would be much appreciated

well if your gonna grow outdoors just grab a couple cheap cfl's for the 2 weeks I guess. marijuana grows and is ready to harvest around 4 months give or take. So believe it or not 2 weeks is an 1/8th of the plants life. I think some cfl's would be better than a little window sunlight. and put them close to the plant

I'm hoping to get some help on a different topic, so while waiting I will offer some advice on what cfl bulbs I use for veg. I use G E cfl daylight 26w, they provide 6500k which is around what you want for vegging plants. I may mix in a warm spectrum cfl to every three of the GE's. Here is some pics of my cfl's over my mother plant and one of the parts you need minus an extension cord. Just make sure you have proper ventilation, these bulbs still get hot. Good Luck!
