Newb questions

Hey guys, just a few questions.
First time having a crack with a few random seeds, i've got a couple plants but this one seems to have started budding early.
My other one looks way different and its just showing its first pre flowers now.
In a previous pic i posted up which wasnt very clear, a dude told me this was a male. I'm pretty sure its not,i got some better pics.
If you look at the first pic its got alot of white pistils on it. I know it looks a bit weird but maybe it was just a shit seed? or could it
be a hermie? I cant see any balls on it, but im not sure.
Anyway secondly. I've been using shultz 20-30-20 and im wondering if i should start using some bloom fert from now on?
or is it still too early? Its been raining here the last two days so i might let the soil dry out a bit first anyway.

pry a lil early to tell sex..if it was a pic with 20x magnification and good rez we could pry tell ya but...shoot.. and NO to bloom food plants need nitrogen up untill about half way threw flowering. at week four of flowering you can start feeding bloom/veg fert mixed bolth at half strenth do that for two weeks then bloom food only for two weeks and then youll wana go plain H20 to give the plants two or 3 weeks to flush.
