Newbe here, just built a growroom

Attached is a picture of my room, it"s 4' wide, 30" deep, and tall, it's about 90% done will use a 400 watt HPS (with a MH bulb). Just got my white widow seeds today, can't wait to germate them thats where i need more help from someone thats done it before. I don't play on using soil, just peat moss, perlite, and vermiculite i don't know what kind of fertilizer to use later on, i know everyone uses different stuff but i don't know what to use (please help)

You would want to go for Fox farm products. Get foxfarm grow big and big bloom. Use growbig for vegging, and big bloom for flowering, easy to use 1 part nutrient. Have fun =)

Heres another picture, i made it out of 3/4" pvc pipe from homedepot, and some 4'x8' sheets of cheap 3/16" DIA wood that was $9.96 a sheet, used about 4, and a 6" inline duck fan, and the same for the exhaust fan. The lights i got from HTG supply for $164.95 with shipping it came to $183... The seeds i got from a link on this site, and they came in 9 days. But i still don't know what nutes to use (if i even have to use any)
PS i will have the ballest mounted on a shelf above the water heater, with the cord going into the room, to help reduce the heat, i read it gives off a lot of heat, the light makes enough heat by itself, I'm told, we will find out.

Do you have a hydro store in town? I would go there and see what they have, most of the time someone there will talk you into something. I love General Hydroponics they have been around a while its one of the cheeper ones and its nice and simple. its a good place to start.
