newbie 4 females pics

ok i started 20 bag seeds, from 10 different bags. out of 20 i ended up with 4 females and this is what they look like... i let them grow for 4 weeks with 24 lighting then 12 on 12 for a month

any tips would be helpful...

To start, you need bigger containers. Those one gallon jugs are simply not going to cut it. I see only one light in the photo, get more and get them closer before it's too late. Your plants are stretched like crazy. Not saying they're not salvageable, but you've got to make some changes. Read up on here about lighting, possibly some supplemental nutrients, container size and root growth, and you may still turn those into something productive. Start with better/more lighting, and bigger containers.
