Newbie and need help

Hello, I'm a newbie and Im looking for advice.
Igot a northern light seed germinated it and has been growing for over two month, indoors. I'm using 400watt light. Few days ago the top of the plant was burnt.
Today it was sunny and warm outside so I put it out to get some fresh sunlight and air.


I'm going to post some pictures. Please advise me what to do.


I'm concerned about the flowering change, i don't think it happened yet.


I know i may be posting in the wrong thread or something but I'd appreciate if someone helps me around this website.

it will not start to flower until it gets 12hrs of light then 12hrs of darkness for the rest of its life. read man.
