Newbie First grow Auto AK-Any help appreciated

Ok so this is my first grow, and first post . Ive done some research around the the internet and have half an idea what im doing. But i wanted to make a journal so i can get some help and hopefully get a half decent plant.

i decided to go with the auto ak as ive read this is quite easy and can take some punishment, the seeds come in a couple days and im going to gather some materials below is my proposed idea...

1 x 5-7 litre pot

1 x Warm white 125w 1350Lm (is it better to go blue or red light if u can only have one, money is tight for this grow, and im onyl growing one plant will this be enough?)

Then i need some help with what soil to use, which is best for gettin o2 to the roots and non clumpy for healthly growth?

Also i was planning just to have the plant pot with a lamp above it with 20hours of light and 4 hours of darkness(is this good/bad). Mabye with some tinfoil surrounding it to reflective some light?

Any and all help is welcome as im completley new to growing. When i know wat i need to get and have everything set up ill start to add some pictures.

Ok ive scrapped that idea of using a rubbish light and decided to invest in a 600w hps at 90,000lumens. Which should hopefully give it some good growing power...the light shud come tomorrow.

So if anyone is interested in helping me out feel free!!
