Newbie Grow op !

I was wondering if 3 13 watt cfls with 3500k and 2 24 watt cfls 6500k be good for one plant and if so what might the yield be?

No one can tell you how much you will yield as so many variables.
That amount of light is BARE minimum. More is always better. Also may want to look at 12/12 from seed as with that much light you will need to keep them really short.
