Newbie grower.. Lil help?

Ok so I've ordered my first seed for single seed centre (Auto Malana Bomb Fem) I plan on growing her inside... But I'm needing advice on a setup.. Like what kind of bulbs do I got with? I hear the cfl's are good but I cant find a 100Watt at my lowes.. All I see is a 23 watt replacing an 100 watt which wont work. So any ideas where to get one? Im only growing one single plant.. Is 1 100 watt light good enough? And is it good enough for all stages? How often should I give it light? And could you name a good soil I could get? Somewhere in my local lowes.. Also I'm gonna grow it in my basement and sometimes it might be a little brisk for it.. Will the light be enough to keep it warm? any extra ideas would be great! Like I said I'm a total newb at this. 23 watt CFL works well and are efficient...you want mostly 6500K with some 5000K for the veg stage..... and mostly 2700K with some 5000K for the flower stage....I would say about 100 watts per plant...use lots of side lighting with CFL.

don't worry about the cold basement, the lights will warm up the room.....be sure to get a fan.
