As a new grower, best advice I can give you is to not even touch your plants for the first 30 days. Literally just don't fuck with em, other than feeding, or in your case just watering since you have amended medium.
After 30 days, I'd say if it's tall enough (should be), bend the main stem at a 90° angle, tie it down and snip off the leaves that are on the underside of the leaned-over main stem. Wait another week or two, and if the plant is too bushy for your liking, pull a few leaves starting at the lowest part of the plant especially in the middle.
You can also get away with pulling NO leaves and doing NO training, but you'll really get the best out of the plant & the best out of the experience by learning to do both hands-on.
