Newbie, Lighting Question

OK looking to grow 1-2 plants in a scrog setup in a stealth box. Wondering if the glowpanel from sunshine systems which is equivilent to 75W HPS. Or should I go ahead and dish out 3X more for a GlowPanel45 said to be equiv to 250W HPS. Trying to keep my box size around 3 feet tall. Will line with tinfoil or mylar. Will be a DWC hydro setup. Let me know what you think please. And thanks for having me "aboard"

I have been researching for a while, and think this would work good for a stealth system. Going to ofcourse have Carbon filter, and wireless thermometer/humidity gauge. Any comments Criticism more than welcome!
