hi i just bought 2 differint flors one is called sunshine from ge 20w 875 lumens full spectrum the other is for plants and aquarium 20w 750 lums red and blue spectrum is this good for seedlings and should i use both or just one kind"whitch one?my setup is for 2 flors monted on the sides one on each side of inclosed cabint vertically thank you
