After Drying If I use 62% humidity packs in dark vacuum sealed Glass JAR not bag, do I still need to Burp or will the vacuum seal take care of that?

You still need to burp for a while to let the gasses from the process out..
How long is a good question..

Humidity packs are for storage..
You should make sure your stash has equalized around 60% before adding a pack to keep it there.

Im a fan of the grove bags, but still unsure if those should be burped as well?

My understanding with the Grove bags is that you dry them down to 58-60%, put it in the Grove bags and zip it up, check it after 24 hours or so and make sure it has stabilized and then they can be sealed. But, I haven't used them yet. I am getting a bundle in tomorrow though for my first chop.

No burping with Grove Bags. Dry properly then fill 'em up...assuming you've dried to the right place you shouldn't have to re-open, but as TCH suggests its worth putting a hygrometer in them and checking at first.

Just did a harvest with Grove bags...they work great. I never even heat sealed my bags either and they cured nicely. Just make sure you dry properly before storing in them. I paper bagged for a few days before putting into grove bags.

Yeah, I really like 'em. I dry in-tent and this last batch I over dried a bit (my humidity reading was 54% in bag) but they've kept them stable & cured fantastically. Got a few unprompted compliments on the stuff I've given out to people...and those people are experienced regular consumers.
