newest model of spider farmer sf 1000 question

hi i thought id come ask here 1st so i can get a none bios opinion also i dont want to bother the seller if its a normal thing

so i just got my sf 1000 today and it has a dimmer knob and can be daisy chained with other lights. now when i use that dimmer knob and set it to the lowest setting it starts to make this buzzing sound but stops the second i turn it up a little. is that a normal thing ??

second thing when i turn it on with the switch regardless of power setting it makes a sound like a RC car starting up. is this a normal thing ??

should i ask spider farmer about it.??

i have been using their sf 2000 for about 6 months and it does not make them sounds but it also does not have the daisy chain feature or external dimmer knob

I have the SF4000 and it does not make noise. If you are using the dimmer dial, use the dimmer switch on the back. If you are not dimming turn the dimmer switch off.
