What do you guys think? Ive got some extra money and I need to know what would be the smartest thing to buy next. I have a closet grow room with two plants in it. Its got room for a couple more plants but I only have a 150 watt hps light. The walls have mylar over them. I have no ventilation. I just keep the door open so it doesnt get too hot. I have the FF trio of nutes for my plants. What should be my next purchase?

well it depends on space and what u can do if u have room for only 2 more plants u might go a 250 and and the extra plants but from the sounds of it u really cant do much more than ur doing but if u can get a 400 and some can fans for better air flow

a better ventilation system. inline fans, stand up fans. how about some odor control? do you have a thermometer? how about a hygrometer? pH testing kit. bigger light. better hood. hydrofarm radiant hoods are great for closet grows. something other than mylar for reflection. mylar can cause increased heat and hot spots.

that's just a few i can think of. :peace:

Mylar is more reflective than paint. As for hot spots, never seen them. You could get a new door. With that you can drill holes in it and run all your ducting for fans without any worry about leaving the door open and light leakage. Anyone coming over, just change the door back. You can also add CO2 but it wouldn't take much for 2 plants.

a hygrometer measures relative humidity in your grow space. you want to have rather high humidity during veg 50%+ and lower humidity when you are in flower and are close to harvest to prevent bud rot. :peace:
