Nutrient Film Technique. Basically net pots with roots hanging down into a wide but thin stream of nutrient solution that is recirculated down to a reservoir and pumped back up to be used again.

The key with the NFT tables is to make sure the res is level, make sure you use spreader mat , make sure your water is nicely distributed.
After that its the same as any other recirculating set up.
