Hi anybody I have been growing for 10 plus year inside and out . I believe I have grown some great smoke over the years , I am however having problems with my yields . I am about 2 weeks away from my outdoor harvest this season things are looking great but I have 7-9 foot plants in height maybe 4-5 feet round the strains are (well meant to be) Blueberry, Afghan, and Big bud . these were from seed , grown inside to sex then cloned . Sorry no photos as yet ! but these great looking healthy plants look lioke they will only produce around 6-7 ounces wich from what I have seen is just not good enough ! Any ideas would be great.

You haven't even described your setting; how you prepare your medium, nutrients, how good the sun exposure is ect...

I would post this in the general category.

7 to 9 foot plants only producing 6 to 7oz? Are they pollinating each other and dropping seeds too? If so, that's your problem... if not, there's something drastically wrong. I'd love to see pics of the blueberry especially.

Are you using any techniques to improve your yeild? or just letting them grow into big xmas trees?

thanks . will try to get pics of blueberry up for you in next few days . yes I do realise that I didn't give a lot of info ! sorry bout that . The majority are getting a good 8-10 hours of direct sunlight maybe more but they don't get shaded out . so don't feel that's the problem , Soil well I use a lot of cow shit and other organic matter from around the farm . fertilisers Lime to start with when prepping holes . 3 weeks later a product called DAP npk rating is 20/6/20 , plus a general purpose fertiliser these are both granular ferts . I also add a liquid blood and bone fert every few weeks when watering to help . I water as much as poss , the soil looks great when I am cultivating it . . One thing I have wondered is how pure some of the strains are that I get hold of no seed bank close to hear ! . I have grown a plant that has produced 1 lb before but only once ! from reading on here I am what gets talked about as guerrilla growing. hope this may help a bit more ?

Seeds get into new zealand pretty easily. Most seedbanks ship there.
