It does look like a nitrogen deficiency. How old is she? And how often do you water her?
Around a month old since the lights been on, and the thing is I've been dealing with fungus gnats using sns 203 and azamax, so I let the soil dry out pretty good each time but their in one gallon pots so like every other day usually is an average.

Transplant to a 3 gallon pot or larger.
The starters and lowers (leaves) will die off as the plant grows "up".
Foliar feed a nice N based foliar a few times and continue on as you have.
If you do begin an N def later on down the road.....Add some fish emulsion for the high N twice (one a week for 2 weeks) and continue. Try not to get feed solution on the leaves and leave it there.

Whats the strain?

Looks nice so far.
