Nitrogen Deficiency in FFOF?

I have some Afghan in solo cups filled with FFOF & it looks healthy to me; however, it's 2 most bottom leaves are yellowing & looking like they will fall off some time.

Could this be a nitrogen deficiency, despite them constantly praying & not really looking pale. I thought FFOF was more than enough nutes (maybe even too much) for young plants in solo cups?

It is but you gotta give the roots more room. Time to pot up....No deficiencies I can see. Look fairly healthy but it’s unclear if there is thrip damage as city limits is saying could be happening. Thrips are very tiny & hard to find; usually you will see white splotches on the leaves before you see any actual bugs. Check the bottom sides of the leaves too. If you see splotchy white patches in the veins of the leaves get some Monterey garden spray with spinosad to quell the thrips. They are easy to control; one or two applications and they won’t be back for awhile. I used to get them every so often but I find adding neem seed meal as an amendment can help reduce their frequency.

Up pot it ... I’m sure it is a nice plug to transplant by now. You can dig a cavity into larger pot , dust with a little myco before you transplant and then let her rip.
