Nitrogen deficiency

I am on my first grow with just one young plant and I have got nitrogen deficiency. Bottom leaves going yellow.
Do I have to wait until she needs watering again to increase nitrogen.I am using Flora series.nutrients.I have been using 1/2 teaspoon of micro in 3.8 litres of rain water with PH corrected. Should I double this on the next feed and see what happens or shall I increase even more?

I have been feeding every other water using the guide on grow weed easy but obviously not enough.

I run coco coir myself.
Its a different animal, than other hydro.
Yellow bottom leaves can mean a few things.
Most likely not nitrogen deficient in coir. Even when under fed.
Calmag lockout much more likely.
