nitrogen tox?

Hey RIU! Need help diagnosing this. Kinda of a mix of symptons...but mostly fits nitrogen tox. I was going to flush but then it says overwatering can make it worse. Any ideas? Water is distilled ph'ed at 6.5

Heat stress. I dont see nitrogen tox. Usually the leaves would be darker.

Light too close or fan blowing too hard?

All of the above plus that soil looks really dry.
