Nitrogen toxicity and deficiencies

Could I get nitrogen toxicity from too much worm castings ? A few plants are clawing down to an extreme . Is there any other deficiencies that could make them do that ? They haven’t been fed barely any nutes.
so I am experiencing other deficiencies too
Few weeks into vege ,couple ft tall
Cheers

Too many worm castings could muck up your drainage.Just guessing without knowing your soil composition.

Clawing is Nitrogen toxicity usually. Worm Castings are 1-0-0 usually. So yeah, you're probably experiencing N toxicity, let the plants almost dry out then water with plain water until it resolves, the plant should be able to eat up enough of it where it's no longer clawing.
