Nitrogen toxicity, flush?

So from the results ive found from a different question, one of my plants has nitrogen toxicity, and it’s only getting worse by the day.
Should I flush?

It’s in week 4 and just started flowering a day ago.
It’s in Westland pottingsoil which has a lot of added nutrients.

Would it be wise to flush out the nutrients in the soil?
If so, It’s got about 2 gallons of soil, how much should I flush?
I’ve heard 3x the amount so would 6 gallons be correct?

After the flush, do I go back to straight water or do I start nutes again?
