No buds after 12 weeks?

I have had my 2 plants in flowering for almost 12 weeks, and there are still no buds.
There are alot of white hairs, all over, but no signs of buds.
I am only using CFL's, and there on 12-12 on/off time.
Are these plants messed up, or should I wait it out?
I do not know what they are, someone gave them to me, probably came from some schwag.

depends if you are not using enough light. you need a certain amount of lumens. you could find it in the faq. or tell some one how many lights you are using.

You got any pics? Kinda hard to believe there are no buds after being under 12/12 cfl for 3 months

1 - Your plants could ahve been to young when you started to flower them so they were still spending time maturing
2 - you don't have enough light
