About to cut. Fifth run. Fourth strain. Always taste grass after dry and cure. Any ideas??

63-70F and almost constant 50%. 12-14 days. Longer with these. Denser than last runs. 6 day old popcorn test taste like 15 month jarred.

Only time I’ve ever gotten hay smell is if I had to harvest early due to a issue. Other then that I’ve never smelt it ever.
