no growth on my plants

all my plants are laying down why is this happing not enough light or not enouhg water plants started well but just layed down after about a week

there are 10 days old potted them after germnation in mircal grow potting soil and have them under t-5 light but no fan on them the pots are 3to 4 gallon and water them every 3 or 4 days

sounds like you overwatered them. seedlings in giant pots wouldn't need water for weeks.
how far away is your lights ?

imo you should put a fan blowing on them to strengthen the stems and frmrboi sounds right you might also be overwatering them. plants that young dont use water extreamly fast
