No Trichromes ! Need advice....

You said they have been "in flower since 25 days." Is that supposed to mean your plants have been in flower for 25 day or that you put them into flower after 25 days of vegging? If the later how many days have they been in flower? If you meant 25 days into flower that is roughly 3.5 weeks so even an indica that takes 8 weeks to flower would still have another 4.5 weeks of flower left and a lot can change in 4.5 weeks and especially in the last 4.5 weeks.
It is likely more trichomes will build up but not all plants are as covered in snow or frost like white strains are but there should be more and more as time progresses, just not necessarily as much as some strains depending on what strain you are growing. Just give it time.

I switched the light to 12/12 25 days ago 
Plants are full of buds, the size of my thumb for the bigger ones and really healthy... I will wait like you said, for the trichs...

25 days into flower is just over 3 weeks, another week maybe week n half and those trichs will start coming strong!!!!
i know its hard waiting but thats wot its all about, im sure theyl end up nice and frosty for u, bear in mind tho not all strains turn realy frosty, saying that doesnt mean it wont end up a top smoke!! good luck.

brick top is correct, watch ur nugs realy fatten up in the last week, and never harvest to early, even a fiew days more will give u considerably more weight!! if u got a 8week flower time plant , start checkin the trichs with a scope and 7 1/2 weeks untill u see 20% amber 80% clear, thats for a heady high, if u want more of a coutchlock hit then wait till the trichs r 50% amber or a lil more, its all down to personal preferance!! peace out fella

Each strain is a little different, and a few days can make a world of difference. My Afghans have been in bud for 15 days and are flowering like crazy, but only a couple of the little side buds here and there are showing any trichs. Everything else is still just putting out hairs. Not worried, figure I have another 6 weeks at least. Patience is the name of the game. Figure out your calendar and have fun watching things mature!
