Node growing weird?

First time growing anything and jumped right into a dwc setup. I've got a photoperiod garlic budder in a 5 gallon bucket. Running 900 ppm grow from Lotus nutrients. 2x200w led can't dim so both are at a distance to where my photone app reads 250ppfd. I had an issue with heat right at the begining and res temps got high. Tried to fight it with sterilizing the rez and stressed her out. Got it fixed. Changed the res. No more bubbly res.

She looks to be growing with vigor every day, however i noticed this lef growing like crazy from. Her stem. Not from a node but a few

That's fine. It will be a bud on the leaf stem. I have seen and experienced that in the past. On another person's garden that had huge plants and lots of light and that happened once to mine I think they did that when the plant started budding in veg but I forced it to reveg a little more. But maybe someone else knows if it means something more specific
