Can somebody give me a rundown on how to have a mbc set up? I understand as I read it that it is to facilitate exchange of medical marijuana between primary caregivers and qualified patients. Can the medication come from the owner/ operator of the mutual benefit? Should it be purchased rather so that it can be tracked better? Just want to make sure I have it all as legal as possible before I begin operating.
