Noob grower needs help.

So this is my first grow and everything was going good till I made the dumb decision to give my two week old some nutes without any knowledge(you grow and you learn....).I gave it some castings and some kelp extract. I came home to it looking like this, all droopy and some yellowing. I think i killed it or i overwatered it. I would water it everyday with a little amount of water (2 tbs about). Is flushing required here or should I toss it or what?? Im such a noob with this.

My set up is a dresser grow box with 3 cfl and a few fans for intake and exhaust. It stays around 80F degrees with 18-6 light.

Hi good morning! Id pinch off the bottom 2-3 leaves. Than stick your finger all the way into the dirt. If its still wet dont water. If its dry water slightly with pure water, no flush no fertilizer. I would suggest watering farther away from the stem to encourage the roots to spread out as some of droopiness looks like its from the roots not being large enough yet. If the container is cold that will slow it down also put it on a brick or something if thats the case. In general i wouldnt be too alarmed with whats going on it should be just fine. After a while when the leaf color starts to lighten up just give em a bit of N. Good luck

Maybe a little wet so dry her out some until the leaves flatten out. What is your dirt? Worm castings wouldn't hurt her at all. Not sure about the kelp extract. My kelp extract use is always in the composting phase of preparing the dirt, or maybe in an aerated tea.

I would guess that your soil may just be a touch hot for seedlings but looks like she may grow to tolerate it. There are soil mixes specifically for seedlings that are very low in nutes. Start your seeds in this next time for a healthier start.

Ok thank you for the help. Im gonna wait and see whats up. I think I gave it too much of the kelp extract called Extreme Serene. I noticed a tinsy bit of brown tips on the yellow leaves now.
