Noob question about plant health

Hey guys, I'm doing my first marijuana grow ever with some shitty seeds (One plant is 6 days in, one plant is 5 days in)...I'm using a classic Aerogarden and I've noticed something odd...One of my plants looks very healthy and thick for a newborn and one of my plants looks very scrawny and thin...The thick one is literally at least twice as thick as the scrawny one and the scrawny one looks comparable to a blade of grass (maybe a little thicker). My question is will this scrawny bastard even have a chance? Is there anything I can do to make the little guy more healthy? As of right now I have my settings on Tomatoes and I'm adding the exact amount of nutrients that the Aerogarden instructions informs you to add (which is probably a bad thing). Now remember everyone I'm just having some fun with my first grow and observing the results so please no hating ;-)

Experience has taught me to NEVER give up on the runts! The little ones will recover just fine with the proper care. Good luck.
