noobie light question

i just redid my setup because my plant is getting bigger and i bought new light bulbs i was wondering if they were good enough
they are 4 26watt CFL 6500k 1600 lumens each, the plant is gonna be in veggin for maybe anouther 2 days before i start flowring and i have a new seedling started, are these lights good?

cana moderater or someone delete this one for me i made too many spelling misakes :/
