NORML- Marijuana Tax Stamps?
ok so i just went to this site to check out the laws of the 2 states i wanna live in Texas or North Carolina
and i was reading and then it said somthing about marijuana tax stamps somthing ive never fucking heard of before lol
im not stupid nor am i extremly smart specially with shit like this im more street or country smart u could say but does this mean as long as u tax your weed and give the state your money u can grow and your ok ? does anyone know about this? please smart people explain this to me cause if thats how it works it says on the texas one that per gram $3.50 i will tax every fucking gram i grow just to smoke
