Alright im going to keep it quick and simple. If i plant by june 10 will the plants have enough time to flower to there fullest? I live in the northeastern. HELPS APPRECIATED

Id start sooner or atleast sprout them inside and let them veg a lil inside

yea should be ok with starting them indoors for 2 weks then move outside. pretty much what im doing i planted 2 days ago.

I cant start them inside. i just started germinating them and they will be ready to put in the ground on june 10. How long does a plant take from 1 inch until i cut it.

yeah they will be fine. The days are not short enough yet to induce flowering so they will have a good two or so months of veg before they start flowering. Once august September hits they will probably start flowering.
By "cut it" do you mean harvest it. if yo do, plants all have different times that they take to finish and become ready to harvest. Some auto flowering strains can finish in eight or so weeks. Other more standard strains of plants like indica and sativa can take up to 3 or 4 months to finish.
