Northern lights from marijauna nl, diferent smells?

I have 6 northern lights from marijauna nl growing. I am seeing diferent patterns in some of the plants. some are just botched. rofl.

I am also seeing diferetn smells. Half smell like bug spray or something. I am not sure how I should describe it? I think this is the norhtern lights smell and the rest are just catching up. The others are more like a disticnt plant vanilla aroma.

Very cool smell.

ALOt diferent now 1 week in flower than 6 weeks in veg.

this is my first time with them and indeed my first real grow with some seeds whos genetics I want to know about. It is the comoany that was giving away five free afghan mazars and now its is a haze something with every order. Has a girl naked almost on the site

just like to add I cant say enough nice things about these guys, wish theyd send me them all free. lol.

Northern Lights is a very stable strain with very little smell. If you are seeing all kinds of differences then it might not be the real deal NL. Who did you get them from again? Link?

i have 2 northernlights flowering from marijauna nl which have been flowering since the 16 nov 1 plant is growing lovely nice big cola the other 1 is no where near as good after ive finished with these will be trying something else as i cant get them to clone at all in veg or in flower they look really healthy but seem to of stopped growing (buds)

i got them from marijauna seeds nl http://www.marijuana-seeds.nl/. wait though I am smelling the same smell from my girls now that I have 3 in flower and have got rid of the 9 other girls.

I admit to also having their mazar afghan and a bagseed vegging but I think what happened was that most of my plants were male. ow outa 12 only 3 girls.

The smell of my 3 girls now is stable, a nice smell like skunky grapefruit gasoline plant. IDK I am still trying to nail it down and this is my first real grow to flower. It smells like weed lol.

but the variations in leaves were from male to female.

Is my strain good?

I've heard this about NL a couple of times lately. Not the smell, but highly variable phenotypes in general. I know when I had the sensi strain they came out of the seeds almost like little healthy clones.

I've heard it about KC brains NL (an award winner), Dr. Atomic (ussally great stuff) and now marijuana NL. You would think with a link like the last one they could at least get NL right.

I know nl is still popular with breeders and cash croppers, so what's with the unstable genetics?

They look pretty good, but NOTHING like any NL I grew. THose girls look alot more sativa to me.

They still look good though.

2 of the three are badly mangled, the only 2 outa 12 i did mangle, lol, my luck, the other is nice but I hope note sativa. The company syasy mostly indidca. IDK

Indica. Here's the plant to grow for the first time grower. This state of the art hybrid is the result of over 25 years of selected inbreeding. We've bred vigorous growth, high yield, and a supurb high.
A must for growers who prefer short bushy plants. The buds have an exteremely frosted, resinous appearance, and the yield is very good. The odor is very low, but the buds are fruity and full flavored. Height 2-3 feet

i thought sativa was better

Doesnt look like NL to me either and Ive done alot of NL. Looks like a mixe of Indica and Sativa to me and NL is all Indica fosho. Still looks like good stuff from what I can see in the pics. Ive always done Sensi NL and it is always the same threw and threw. Its even hard to pick a best plant as they are all good.

does the 4th pic look indica. Is it the leaf that makes you say otherwise? Man, I so much need an indica, lol. Is that seed place reputable? I lstd the plants to the ax so all those crazy top buds are the side branches lstd. The other 2 plants tho in the fron are some real botched up nls that got topped and nute burned and beatren to death. I through them in insteasd of cutting down as I screwed up to of my 12. Unluckily they happened to be 2 of the three females.

This is a pain releif grow. I am a heavy opiate patient. Maybe i will just buy a clone off craigs list. lol. That looks better and better. I got my card.
