You might get 2 oz, with a 450w hps you only get a good 12" of light penetration, next time keep the plant short and squat, top and lst or scrog, you'll double maybe triple your yield if you do so.

What do you mean by 1st and scrog? And my plant just kept getting tall, i had no control on the size of it
