Northern UK Greenhouse Grow

I've been trying to save up for lights and all the stuff needed for a while but sure the economy ain't great so there never seems to be enough to buy everything and pay the bills. I live in an isolated location with a green house out the back. I'm thinking of just buying the seeds and doing a greenhouse grow.

I plan on buying Serious Seeds Chronic. I am going to germinate all the seeds and grow them up till I can sex them. I'll take the males and one female and let them grow on in a separate location so I can get more seeds in case something goes wrong in the future. I don't fancy shelling out £60 every time something goes wrong. The other females I'll just let grow naturally in the greenhouse and harvest when they're grown.

Is there anything different I need to do with a greenhouse grow?

I realise the yield might not be as great as with lights as I'm limited to natural sunlight (longest day is still 3 weeks away), but I've grown aubergines, tomatoes and raspberries in the past so I think it should grow all right.

Any opinions?

it should work out fine mate. Ive got three early skunk monsters out in mine at the moment and ive had no problems at all so far. Only thing was controlling the humidity, but its just a case of opening the door to get a fresh flow of air through them. Hope all goes well though bruv. Keep us posted and best of luck.

Have you got anything going yet at all?

Why not remove the whole male equation and invest in feminised seeds? We're lucky in the UK, since we've access to a lot of UK based seed suppliers, not to mention Holland.

In the greenhouse you'll have all the basics to sort out the same as an indoor grow, the only real variable you won't be able to control will be daylight hours etc.
