If you've read the bible from Jorge, then I'll assume you know exactly why they're stretching and keeling over.. I won't quote the book, will let you re-read it.. again. As for your pH.. you may wish to re-think your plan there.. Hydroponic pH at 5.75 locks out P and Mg.. for soil, it'll lock out P, Ca, and Mg.

LOL dental insurance i love it, sorry man, anyways, ok so no you aint gonna clone those thing, from what? so...... stick those cubes in some coco coir and build the coco up a few inches, not real tight but to hold the long stem up, the stem should root out into the coco, I say use coco because you already have them in a rockwool cube and they take to coco perfect, foliar feeding is for clones because there is no root so it takes in nuts from the leaves, yours has a root it just has no stalk health and you screwed up with that dome, it trapped all the moisture and rotted, what you have is from the dome and bad lighting, instead of reading Jorges Bible, wach the video on youtube, easier to retain, but I;ve never seen anyone botch a seed like this with complete neglect, not to rip on you but after reading the bible, you shoulda known better, JORGE WOULDA BITCH SLAPPED YA FOR USING THE DOME OVER SEEDLINGS, try something fast before you lose em, GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

He's using rockwool cubes. they have a high Ph. You should buffer the Rock wool starter cubes with water 5.8ph for 12hours. Than use a 6.1ph solution for your cloning.
Your cutting(s) don't need all that light. Hardly any light for cuttings until they have roots. They don't need the light bro, they have no roots.

I should have followed the book it has never failed me but unfortunately I went off what I have found online instead...the book says optimal pH is between 5.8 and 6.8 I usually clone at 6.25 what I found online said 5.5-6 for seedlings most of the YouTube videos as well as the book show growing them in Coco...these seedlings are about a week in with a single root exposed on the bottom already...I saw videos on exactly what you had written about barring it in the Coco up close to the leaves...I tried that with 1 already and it died I believe it got shocked the same happens when clones are transplanted too early in my experience that is why I'm asking about cloning before I try that again...the problem I described has happened within the last 24 hours 3 days already without the humidity dome...the smaller ones that were in the dome that look like they were drowning are coming back and the bigger 1s that were in there are the ones dying out...is there anyone that has had to clone in an unfortunate event like this?...

I did pre soak with clonex solution for 24 hours my water is mixed with this as well with the correct amount it also says 5.5-6.5 on the back of the bottle...these aren't cuttings and most forums that I have read said to use low wattage CFL's what I believe along with the dome are the reasons for the lanky seedlings not them shriveling up at the base...with my current light situation they have improved minus the base of course....my question again is has anybody had to clone at this stage.................here is another picture with the base a little more exposed it is not rotten below or above why is it just that spot I cannot find an answer in the book?

IMO I see stem rot on your stalk in the final picture.

Usually this is caused by over watering rockwool cubes.

You only need to water the rockwool when it starts to dry out.

I use a 50ml syringe to water rockwool cubes and I never get close to the stem. I water around the stem.

Prop up the seedlings displaying this symptom and try to only water when the cubes really need it.

Other than this, pray!!!

yeah I watered directly on the stem base not around at first I used a 3ml syringe but it wasn't enough so I used the bottle my wife got from work after I washed it so i could monitar the amount i put on them...throughout the years I had overwatered a few clones and came across Root rot but it was usually from the medium on down not just a small spot...now that i think of passed experiences i have had clones come back with this similar type of problem hopefully they will plump back up after a few days...i guess i jumped the gun after the first 1's that fell over at night time never came back...thanks for the advise i'll let them dry out further and monitar them closley before any drastic measures...and for the the people saying where would you clone think about it 1/2 way up the stock where else were you thinking...so many comments on what i supposidly did and didn't do rather than answer a simple question everything that was posted on what i did wrong i didn't do and vise versa but i guess on public message boards you have to expect all types of comments

how can you say they dont need light, they are seedlings, not clones, so he needs light for sure, no dome, and yes it has roots, how the hell did it grow from a seed without roots? he asked if he can clone them, i say no cuz theres no foliage to feed barely, and the tiny stem wont take, too small, cloning i would bet would kill it in one day.

I said cuttings don't need alot of light. When they don't have roots there cuttings. When they get roots, there a clone.
